Research

The institute cooperates in the research projects both bilaterally and in the context of public funding. The cooperation takes place with large and small industrial partners as well as research institutions.

Hydropower technology includes very interdisciplinary topics and methods. The research focuses on numerical simulation methods including artificial intelligence as well as on experimental investigations in the laboratory and in power plants.
